ALBOP Rule 680-X-2-.14: Training Requirement, Proof, and Sanctions

This page is the training rule. The six-month clock starts on the date of registration, not the date of hire. After you finish an approved program, submit proof within 30 days. Tell the Board within 10 days when your employment changes. Current Rule 680-X-2-.14 does not name a dollar fine. It does allow sanctions on the technician, the pharmacy, and the supervising pharmacist. Continuing education hours are a separate rule.
