Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Alabama Pharmacy Tech Training ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Program Description

Alabama Pharmacy Tech Training provides an ALBOP-approved pharmacy technician training program designed to meet Alabama Board of Pharmacy requirements under regulation 680-X-2-.14.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must have a valid Alabama Technician Registration Number
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must complete all required training modules and assessments
• You are responsible for confirming with ALBOP that they have received notice of your training completion

Payment and Refunds

NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Account access is granted only after payment confirmation
• You will receive login credentials via email once payment is successfully processed
• No account access or course materials will be provided until payment is confirmed
• Payment is required before any training content becomes available

Course Access Period

Course access is limited to 90 days from the date of enrollment.

• You have 90 days to complete all training modules and assessments
• After 90 days, access to the course materials will be terminated
• No extensions will be granted under any circumstances
• Plan accordingly to complete your training within this timeframe

Certificate and Board Notification

YOU are solely responsible for downloading your certificate and ensuring the Alabama Board of Pharmacy has received notification of your training completion.

• Download Your Certificate: You must download and save your certificate immediately upon completion
• We Do Not Store Certificates: We are not responsible for storing or providing your certificate after your 90-day access period ends
• Board Notification: While we make reasonable efforts to notify ALBOP, we are NOT responsible for ensuring they receive or process the notification
• Your Responsibility: You must confirm with ALBOP directly that they have received all required documentation within the mandated timeline
• Time Sensitive: Do not wait until the end of your 90-day access period to download your certificate

Limitation of Liability

Alabama Pharmacy Tech Training is NOT responsible for:

• Storing your certificate after the 90-day access period
• Providing replacement certificates after your access expires
• Notifying the Alabama Board of Pharmacy of your training completion
• ALBOP's receipt or processing of training documentation
• Technical issues that may delay the sending of notices or certificates
• Any consequences resulting from failure to download your certificate
• Any consequences resulting from failure to confirm training completion with ALBOP
• Changes to ALBOP regulations or requirements
• Loss of access after the 90-day period expires

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the property of Alabama Pharmacy Tech Training and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referral Eligibility

The referral program is available to paying customers of the Alabama Pharmacy Technician Program.

Referrals are valid only when:

• The referring customer is actively enrolled in a paid program
• The referred individual completes registration and enrolls in a paid program

Referral Reward

For each qualifying referral, the referring customer will receive:

• One $25 gift card code per successfully registered referral

Gift card codes are issued after the referred individual completes enrollment and registration.

Limits

There is no formal limit on the number of referrals a customer may earn rewards for, provided all referrals meet eligibility requirements.

Non-Qualifying Referrals

Referrals do not qualify if:

• The referring customer is enrolled in a free program
• The referring customer's enrollment is subsidized or paid for by an employer
• The referred individual enrolls in a free or employer-sponsored program
• The referral does not complete full registration

Program Changes

The Alabama Pharmacy Technician Program reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Referral rewards are available only to active, paying customers. Referrals from free programs or employer-subsidized enrollments do not qualify. Gift card codes are issued after successful registration of the referred participant.
